Über einige Materialarten verwenden wir:
1. PS:
A. Vorteil: Sehr einfach zu vakuum-thermoformed und es ist umweltfreundliches Material. Immer in Schalen geformt, einschließlich flockige Tabletts. Weit verbreitet in Elektronen, Medizin, Lebensmittel, Kosmetik, Hardware und so weiter verwendet.
B. Nachteil: Relativ gesehen ist es ein bisschen zerbrechlich und leicht abzureißen.
2. PP:
A. Vorteil: Hoher Schmelzpunkt und kann mikrowellengeeignet sein. Weit verbreitet in Lebensmittelverpackungen.
B. Nachteil: Material schrumpfen, nicht leicht zu vakuumgetrocknet; Hat den Halogen-Free-Test nicht bestanden, aber es ist Lebensmittel-Material.
3. PET:
PET hat zwei Typen, eine ist APET, die andere ist PETG. Beide haben hohe Transparenz und sind Umweltmaterial. APET konnte nicht von unserer Maschine versiegelt werden, aber PETG kann. PETG ist der einzige, der den Halogen-Free-Test bestanden hat.
